Q.) Can Co-Fixs track outside contractors. Lets say we
outsource some of our maintenance work?
A.) Yes Co-Fixs can track both employee as well as contractors.
This is done with a work order by assignment; you can track
the contractors' work and cost. You may also want to track
a project, you can use our project module to track both employees
as well as contractors.
Q.) Can your program link documents and or images to work orders
and equipment?
A.) Yes our program does allow you to link documents, images,
drawings, and more, by using our built-in document viewer. You can
link images to work orders, equipment, and inventory.
Q.) Is there a limit to the amount of equipment you can enter
into your system?
A.) There are no limits set on the amount of equipment you may need
to enter.
Q.) Can we extend our demo period?
A.) Yes you can call, or e-mail our support
team and we will give you a new activation code.
Q.) Does your program support wireless devices, like bar-code
readers or other hand held devices?
A.) Yes ours program can support wireless devices, like bar-code
readers and other hand held devices.
Q.) Will your program run on Windows-XP?
A.) Yes we have done extensive testing with Windows-XP Home Edition
and Professional. We also support Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows
NT, WindowsME.
Q.) Does your program support meter generated preventive maintenance
work orders?
A.) Yes our program has an extensive meter reading system. Our
program will allow you to generate PM's by meter deviation, accumulative,
Minimum, Maximum and meter trend.
Q.) Can the PM generation period be changed or is it set to
a predetermined time frame?
A.) Yes you can change the PM generation period to any time frame
you would like to use. This can be changed at any time.
Q.) How long will it take to get your system up and running?
A.) Every location is different, size, amount of equipment,
amount of inventory and the number of locations and staffing
size. We have a very unique design built into our system which
will allow you to follow our Quick Start Set up and have your
system running in about one hour. You can now set up the
system to help schedule you data collection, so you can get
the most from Co-Fixs.
Q.) Will your program work well for an Amusement / Theme
Park?
A.) Yes our program works very well for an Amusement /
Theme Park environment. Our system will work well in most
environments, tracking equipment history, cost and inventory
parts, employees and much more
Q.) What are the System Requirements?
A.) The system can run on most any standard PC Workstation
as a standalone single user system, even a newer version laptop
will work fine. The enterprise multi user system will require
a server running Windows Server 2003.
Q.) How do I place an order?
A.) Call, fax, or e-mail your order. Purchase orders are accepted.
Please include your bill to, ship to, contact person, and
phone number. We will send you an invoice (net 30) upon placing
your order we will then issue an installation date and training
schedule.

download when I purchase?
A.) Yes, no data is lost when you purchase your CO-FIXS CMMS/PMS/EAM
System
Q.) Is there a limit of information that I can put into
the system?
A.) No, there are no restrictions at this present time.
Q.) Can I import/export existing data into the CO-FIXS
System?
A.) Yes, we have existing processes in place to help you import
your existing data, also you can export data to Excel or Text
file formats.
Q.) Is CO-FIXS network ready?
A.) Yes, both the lite and enterprise systems are network
ready.
Q.) Does CO-FIXS interface with other programs or report
writers?
A.) Our system can read and write data to other systems via
ODBC drivers, also we supply a report writer program CF_Reporter.
We can aslo interface with Crystal Report Writer.
